Set up a playlist
- Get an M3U or M3U8 address from a source you are authorized to use.
- Paste it on the first screen. Add an XMLTV EPG address only if you have one.
- Choose Load playlist. The iPhone app requests it directly from your device.
If a playlist does not load
- Confirm the address opens on the same network and has not expired.
- Check for missing characters introduced when copying the address.
- Ask the provider whether it permits iPhone playback and multiple connections.
- Try again after changing between Wi-Fi and cellular data.
If a channel does not play
- Try a second channel to distinguish one offline stream from a playlist problem.
- Some desktop-only codecs cannot play on iPhone. Native HLS and compatible video work best.
- Rotate the iPhone for landscape playback and tap the picture to show controls.
- If controls have no feedback, enable System Haptics in iPhone Sounds & Haptics settings.
Remove or delete data
Open player Settings, then Manage library to remove one playlist. To clear playlists, guide cache, playback history, favorites, and custom settings together, choose Delete all app data and confirm. You can also remove the app to delete its local container.
